The AI Board holds weekly hearings in Campus Club (usually the Library on the second floor) on Tuesdays beginning at 4:30pm to evaluate funding proposals from student groups. Groups must send representatives to a 10 minute hearing to present their event and funding requirements before the event takes place in addition to filling out the application for funding on SAFE in order to be considered for funding.
Once you have submitted your application, you must set up an appointment for the corresponding meeting on the Alcohol Initiative’s Calendly calendar. Note that your SAFE application must be submitted at least one day prior to the meeting during which you wish to have your hearing. You may apply for funding on SAFE here. The deadlines for SAFE form submission are the Saturday prior to the weekly meeting.
